Damon's career is a testament to his commitment to professional growth. With a remarkable 15-year stint as a Resin Mixer in the aerospace industry, he climbed the ladder from Operator to Technician. Damon's journey continued with a captivating 14-year tenure as the Area Sales Manager for Stevens Scotland Ltd and Excel Manufacturing in the Window Blind Trade.
Family Man
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Damon's greatest achievements are rooted in family values. As a dedicated husband and father of two, Damon considers his family his ultimate accomplishment.

Outside the professional arena, Damon's has a passion for football. Supporting Tottenham Hotspur is no small feat, and he's not just a spectator—Damon doubles as a team manager for a local grassroots team for over 7 years. From assistant coach to team manager, Damon invests endless hours in managing the team, organising training, matches, and more. With a 17-year-old daughter, he’s also a part-time driving instructor—though he might not call that a hobby!
